Lakes Lodge is a small family run accommodation in the centre of Windermere village in the English Lake District. It is about 150 yards from Windermere rail and bus stations, and is noted for its warm and friendly atmosphere, comfort and cleanliness.
Built in 1860, originally as a bank, this fine traditional stone building has a central location convenient for shops and a good variety of restaurants, with ample private car parking available within its grounds for free.
Lakes Lodge has ten comfortable bedrooms including doubles, twin bedded and family rooms, all with private facilities, colour television, hair dryer, central heating, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Free Wi-Fi is available in all public areas.
