The Westmorland Inn is a traditional Lakeland inn situated perfectly between Windermere & Bowness on Windermere villages and less than five minutes amble to Lake Windermere.
They have a recently refurbished dining room on the ground floor offering a traditional pub menu with many homemade dishes and a Sunday carvery served all day from 12 till 8pm. They serve lunchtime and evenings Mon-Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday and breakfasts at a weekend and holiday time.
In their cosy, comfortable, welcoming, street level bar they have 5 real ales, premium lagers, a wide range of wines, fine spirits; a large excellent selection of Gins and a good selection of cocktails. They have a good local choice of drinks as well, including some real ales from Jennings brewery, a selection of spirits from the Lakes Distillery including Whisky, Gin and Vodka and a local Kendal mint cake liqueur.
Well worth a visit for the authentic pub feel.
