Their skillful team of six chefs have worked hard to create a delectable, locally-sourced menu, and there’s plenty to inspire. From breakfast, to lunch, to dinner, dishes such as Avocado Spinach Benedict; brie, Monster Munch Wagyu 10oz Cheeseburger, or Mussles with Belgian Beer Shallots and Smoked Bacon make up an imaginative and varied menu, with bespoke cocktails, local ales, wines and spirits flowing from their two bars.
