Ashleigh House is a traditional Lakeland stone Victorian house situated in the centre of the village of Windermere in the beautiful English Lake District.
They are a family run guest house that offers a warm and friendly welcome. Just two minutes walk from the main street of Windermere, and a five-minute walk from the train station, Ashleigh House is perfectly situated to explore the local village and surrounding areas.
Ashleigh House’s five ensuite bedrooms provide a comfortable setting for your stay. Room 3 and Room 5 both enjoy views of the fells including the Langdale Pikes and Coniston Old Man. All of their rooms are appointed with a TV, DVD player, Hair Dryer and Tea and Coffee-making facilities. All of their en-suites boast local Lake District toiletries from The Soap Company, Keswick.
They serve a continental breakfast in their characterful dining room which includes a selection of cereals, fruit, yogurts and pastries. If you do not require breakfast please book the ‘Room Only’ option.
Ashleigh House is easily accessible by car or train with Windermere Train Station being only a five-minute walk away. In regards to parking, there is unrestricted road parking to the front of the property on College Road.
